- 2 Bananas
- 1 Cup of Blended Oats
- 1/4 Cup of Honey
- 1/2 - 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 TBSP Chopped Nuts
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Flatten down in a non stick pan
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Enjoy!

great treats. If you don't like bananas don't even bother reading this. Just
know that you are really missing out on life.

These homemade bars
only use a few ingredients and are really good you. If you're not like and do
invest some of your time into working out, these are a great source of
protein. They don't contain any sugar and they taste great.
Like any recipe
feel free to add your own little twist to it. I for example, would add way
more chocolate and perhaps even some marshmallows because I am still a child.
Is there anything better than being able to put however much junk into your
body as you wish!?
